Elisabeth Posthill: Thoughts from WE12

  1. I learned that the company Boston Scientific has a program called Close the Gap.  It aims to eliminate health care disparities, which are differences in the quality of health care simply due to racial or ethnic differences.
  2. I also learned that not everything will be your dream job or situation, but you can still learn a lot from it and make the best of it.

  1. Absolutely true. In the male dominated engineering field, the majority of your team operates in a different style from yours, you seem to be the minority. You can find ways to improve your productivity and be engaged at work by observing and practising newer habits.
For example, you can learn from those who are better than you in problem solving, closely observing their attitude and approaches to problem solving. I am learning a lot from other members of my team
